Flies to track. Nice swing lacks bat speed. 2nd time up he pulls it down the line just as hard for HR off back wall of bullpen. When he gives up contact for power it might not always be a great trade but it was today

Has Bido timed but lines it to SS to end 1st. Lines one foul with 2 on in the 5th then gets steady diet of changes from Ferguson. Lines HARD to LF. He could be good again if given a chance but a role players is ceiling

Doesn’t look as good a hitter as his results in 2024. We shall see. He is a pull guy and takes inside corner FB for K. Sharply hit ball is out to end the 5th. He sees the ball well today which is his superpower

DH today what a shame as he can really go get it in CF. Hits the ball hard first time up . With 2 out and runner on 3b nubs it to 1B in 3rd.

Throwing well for first spring game. Mid 90's FB, mid 80's Change. Hitting 97 regularly at end of outing. This guy is the real deal as ace pitcher. Pitches just 1 IP today
