He has super quick swing. Linan throws one by him for a K. He then lines out to CF on ball that is a HR in MLB many parks. Quick easy power from elite bat speed

Lines hard to 2b. Struck out in 1st. His hands are very nice quick and level. Fires hips quickly too. Swing has balance. He reminds of Corbin Carroll with less foot speed

Lines to the wall robbed of double by Bradfield. Line SHOT as always. Tries to rush to get the DP and wild throw to 1b allows a run to score. He needs to learn how to accept a tough situation on bases perhaps? Im searching for a weakness. Takes ball 4 in great 3rd inning AB. Eye is NOT a weakness. Swing is quick, balanced and deadly. Will take offspeed if he is hunting FB and ends up whiffing swinging at offspeed. But in 6th he has another RBI single to RF

Walks on good AB in 1st. Lines a solid single to CF leading off the 3rd. Almost picked off. Not seeing the ball well and late on FB this week. Looks like something is wrong? Bloop a single to CF in 5th. Pops it to CF in 7th. Beats out grounder to 1b in 8th. He has speed too. Not his best day.

Infield hit to 2b in 1st. Pops to CF in 2nd with a good cut he just missed it. Lines a double over the CF head. He makes great contract with a really fast bat. Out trying to score on PB that didn’t get away far enough. SFC, steal, advance on grounder, infield hit and he scores the 2nd run of the Scottsdale 6th. Rips it RIGHT at 1b for a runner advancing out in 8th.

Struck out vs Perales on 3 pitches. Lines a solid triple to the wall in RC another great line drove this one is huge for 2 RBI. Beats out a hard hit IF single in the 6th.

Draws 4 pitch walk in 1st. Pitch around. Sinnard pithes to him in 3rd and he lined a curve over the wall for a 2 run HR. Grounds to 2b to end 5th and 1st base to end top of 7th.

Robbed by Enrique Bradfield in RF twice on line SHOTS. He also just missed a HR foul down the line with that shot and one of the RF robberies occuring with the bases loaded nad 2 out in 4th.

Walks in 1st. Lines a SHOT down the RF line in the 3rd. A boble makes it a RBI triple with 2 out. Man is his bat quick!!! In 5th he swings and misses at 3 pitches by Harmon. Pops out iun the 7th with 2 on. He is failing in key spots tonight and does it again in 9th. Weak chopper to 1b for 1st out of 9th.

Makes a nice charging play on choppper. Then does the ole swipe to allow an infield hit on hot shot. Good and bad in field. Not impressed with bat speed but he has a good eye and gets bat to ball nicely . Works a 10 pitch walk in 6th. Drops a liner right into his glove in 8th. Mixed bag here tonight, need to see again.

Rips strong RBI double off the LC wall. He has enough bat speed to be good. One of the few good bats on Scottsdale lineup today with King and McGoningle sitting out

Walks in 3rd and 5th. Has a nice eye most of the time. Lines another single to CF in 7th. Such a clean stroke. HBP in 8th to avoid his beating them with a blast. More impressed with his consistency every time I see him.

Chops IF single in 1st. HBP in 2nd. Strikes out with McGonigle on 3b in 4th. Advances him to 3b with an out to 2b in 7th. In 8th has a nother chance to advance the runner from 3b with IF in. Rips a RBI songle to CF. He is really having a great AFL showing some pop, consistent eye, and a great swing.

Raps into a simple 6-4-3 DP to end 1st. Then pops to CF with McGonigle on 3rd in the 3rd for the 3rd out. Strikes out with RS from 3rd in the 7th. Not a good night for him either.

Good command of slow stuff and knuckler. But the Peoria offense cuts down on swing and hits him hard after that. He needs to better understand how his stuff is seen by batters

SP. 28 yeaer old trying to break through with junk including a form of knuckleball. He actually has good life on FB too. Allows 3 runs on 4 hits in 2 IP. But he looks stronger than the stat line.

Gets the starts today. Takes a no hitter to 4th but 4 walks, 3 K and an unearned run allowed. In 4th an infield hit a and a double off the wall in RF ends his day. He has a lot to like but needs more command and polish overall
