Ugly error on routine grounder by Condon in 1st with 2 out - costs them 4 runs when SRR explodes. Then a 2nd bad play in 1st inning extends the inning - twice - with dumb defense. Another terrible toss in 6th when he was on 2b side already and just lobbed it over pulling 1bman off the bag. Singles to CF in 2nd. Singles off SS glove in 6th. Singles over 2B in 7th for RBI. 3 hit but nothing makes up for that ugly defense. He is barely 21 with time to develop in field. Raw hitting skills are there.

Draws a walk in 6th. Shows speed with SB despite good throw. Doesn’t do much else today. Makes 3rd out with tying run on 3rd in 7th.

Walk in 3rd. . Half swing contact hit to drive in another run in 4th. More guys needs to polish this approach. Everyone can do it

Takes a nice walk on close pitches in 3rd. Walks and steals 2nd. Big AB with 3 on and 2 out in 7th and he cuts down on his swing and delivers a solid single to CF for 2 RBI. Nice AB there!
