First to face Carpenter on in relief. Pops high FB for a sac fly. He was having trouble picking up the ball off the giant thrower but found a way. He pulls off with head in taking the throw on steal try turning in an "ole" play - error charged to catcher (why?). Pulls through hands only a couple of times.
