Makes a nice play on dribbler in front to plate in 2nd. He is a large human and will be a great catcher defensively. In 5th with 2 on and 2 out he works the count full then fouls barely twice and pops up. His bat is inconsistent. He racks a 3 run HR in 9th that cuts the lead to 1 run.

Lines a leadoff single in 2nd and again with 2 out in the 6th. Battles Ruffcorn in 10th and has a good eye. Winds up losing out on popup. He has a good eye but does he have the bat skills to make it work?

Really fooled easily on change. If he gets the pitch that he guesses he can make better than good contact. Otherwise no. Catching has been stelallar all AFL.

Up with 3 on and 2 out in the 2nd. Too quick on a 94 MPH FB and sends it foul for strike 2 then takes 3 close pitches between 2 fouls to make it 3-2 count and then WALKS in the tying run. A really good AB.
